Abstract
Fluorescence anisotropy time-series of competition ligand binding between unlabeled competitors of M1 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor and TAMRA labeled UR-MK342. The dataset contains kinetic traces of UR-MK259, UR-SK-75, McN-A-343, UR-SK-59, Scopolamine, Telenzepine, 4-DAMP, Carbachol, Pilocarpine, Clozapine, Pirenzepine, Atropine, Acetylcholine, Trospium, NMS, Arecoline, W84, Xanomeline and LY2119620 in competition with TAMRA labeled muscarinic acetylcholine recepotor fluorescent ligand UR-MKK342.
