Abstract
Under the research project “Rethinking smartification from the margins: Co-creating Smart Rurality with and for an Aging Population” (01.01.2023-31.12.2027, PRG1919, Estonian Research Council) a qualitative interview study was carried out as a baseline study for the project’s further research step in the period Sept 2023 – May 2024. This document describes the methodology of the Baseline Interview Study.
