DATADOI is a multidisciplinary open repository for sharing and publishing research data, based on the open-source Dataverse software.

Data should be deposited in the institutional collection assigned to the institution with which at least one of the contributors is affiliated. DATADOI currently includes institutional collections for the University of Tartu, Tallinn University, Estonian Business School, and the Estonian Research Council.

If a suitable collection does not yet exist, please contact the DATADOI team at datadoi@datadoi.ee.

Palo, Timo; Jakobson, Erko; Jaagus, Jaak; Vihma, Timo; Sjöblom, Anna; Kilpeläinen, Tiina; Manninen, Miina; Maturilli, Marion; University of Tartu, Institute of Physics; Tartu Observatory; University of Tartu, Institute of Ecology and Earth Sciences, Department of Geography, 2017, "Vertical profiles of atmospheric variables based on tethersonde soundings from Ny-Ålesund", https://doi.org/10.15155/REPO-6, DATADOI, V1
Soundings were carried out on daily basis by using Vaisala tethersonde system DigiCORA TT12 with maximum altitude of 2000 m. The instrumentation consisted of 7 m3 helium filled balloon for lifting sondes, an electrical winch, three sondes suspended on the tether line below the balloon at approximately 20 m vertical intervals, and a ground station....

2026. aasta migratsiooni käigus varasemast DataDOI süsteemist üle kantud kasutusstatistika kajastab tegevust eelmises DSpace-põhises süsteemis ega näita Dataverse’i uusi kasutusandmeid. Usage statistics carried over from the previous DataDOI system as part of the 2026 migration reflect activity in the former DSpace-based system and do not represent...

Luts, Aare; University of Tartu, Institute of Physics. Environmental Physics Laboratory, 2017, "OneSecondAirIons_2011_1. Dataset of corona-generated air ion measurements", https://doi.org/10.15155/REPO-7, DATADOI, V1
The dataset contains two tables, one for positive ions and another for negative air small ions. The tables are presented in the form of text files, where the values within two different sequential columns are separated by one tabulator. Such text files can be imported into several software programs, including MS Excel. The dataset provides a sample...

A tethersonde system by Vaisala (DigiCORA TT12) was applied to measure high-resolution vertical profiles of atmospheric variables (air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and direction, and air pressure) up to 2000 meters. The instrumentation consisted of 7 m3 helium filled balloon for lifting sondes, an electrical winch, two sondes suspende...
