The EU-funded BRIDGE project aims to enhance the Kyiv School of Economics' innovation capacity, focusing on research-to-policy transfer and citizen participation in rebuilding housing and infrastructure destroyed by the Russian war. The project addresses gaps in public administration by exploring the integration of representative and participatory democracy during crises, specifically through the DREAM digital recovery system and its participatory module, eDem. KSE collaborates with Erasmus University Rotterdam, TU Berlin, the University of Tartu, and the Center for Innovations Development to leverage relevant expertise. A pilot study will apply these insights in digital democratic innovations, such as citizen assemblies. Through hackathons, workshops, and mentoring, KSE aims to contribute to academic debates, bridge knowledge gaps with policymakers, and strengthen its organizational capacity. https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/101160337
