Missioon: Tartu Ülikooli raamatukogu on ülikooli põhiväärtusi ja eesmärke kandev Eesti juhtiv teadusraamatukogu, mis tagab kõigile kasutajatele Eesti ja maailma kultuuripärandi ning infoallikate kättesaadavuse targa ja teadmistepõhise ühiskonna arenguks.
