Andmete kogumise meetod: To identify relevant literature, is developed a search strategy structured around three conceptual domains: (1) local and regional government, (2) institutional theory and institutional change, and (3) entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems. Each domain was represented by a set of related terms combined with OR, and the three domains were linked using AND to ensure that retrieved studies addressed all aspects of the review topic.
