Dataset title: Hybrid high-performance oxygen reduction reaction Fe–N–C electrocatalyst for anion exchange membrane fuel cells Authors: Zubair Ahmed, Srinu Akula, Jekaterina Kozlova, Helle-Mai Piirsoo, Kaupo Kukli, Arvo Kikas, Vambola Kisand, Maike Käärik, Jaan Leis, Alexey Treshchalov, Jaan Aruväli, Kaido Tammeveski Contact information: Kaido Tammeveski (kaido.tammeveski@ut.ee) Institute of Chemistry University of Tartu Ravila 14a 50411 Tartu Estonia This dataset contains the data presented in the figures of the published paper “Hybrid high-performance oxygen reduction reaction Fe–N–C electrocatalyst for anion exchange membrane fuel cells” in International Journal of Hydrogen Energy (2024), 62, 849-858 (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ijhydene.2024.03.055). This dataset contains data for Figures 4-6 The data was collected using potentiostat/galvanostat (Autolab PGSTAT30 Metrohm Autolab). Glassy carbon (GC) disks with diameters of 5 mm for RDE and 4 mm for RRDE were used as working electrodes. For all supplied electrochemical data, the measured currents have been converted from current (A) to current densities (mA/cm2, which is multiplied by 1000 and divided by 0.196 cm2 and 0.164 cm2 for RRDE). For Figure 6, the Fuel cell measurements were done on a Greenlight Fuel Cell Test Station (G40 Fuel Cell System, Hydrogenics, Canada) and converted to current densities (after dividing by 4.85 cm2).
