# Experimental unified pH scale in 1,2-dichloroethane ====== General Information ====== This dataset comprises of open-circuit potential values recorded between two metal solid-contact glass electrode half-cells, which contain equimolar buffer solutions prepared in low-polarity solvent 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCE). It includes 213 differential potential measurements from 1,2-DCE solutions of 19 compounds, as well as two bridging solutions (10 mM ammonium formate in absolute ethanol and a 60:40 acetonitrile/pH 4 formate solution) and standard aqueous buffer solutions at pH 4.01, 7.00, and 10.01. "Point" is the data point number. "CH1 Voltage" is the OCP in volts given in scientific format, with a comma as the decimal separator.
