OGP voting data metadata
The dataset constitutes a collection of URLs to reports by the Open Government Partnership (OGP) Independent Reporting Mechanism (IRM). These reports are of the countries that have reportedly practiced voting for OGP commitments during their co-creation processes from 2014 through 2020.

The data was collected by semi-automatic text analysis of the OGP IRM reports obtained from the OGP website:
https://www.opengovpartnership.org/our-members/.
Tha data was structured by manual qualitative content analysis according to the variables specified further.
The data was collected in the framework of the CIVICS project:
