*** N2 adsorption isotherms of red and white clay briquettes with sand and chalk tempers *** Authors: R. Palm, J.-M. Cayme Institute of Chemistry, University of Tartu, Ravila 14A, 50411, Tartu, Estonia Corresponding author: R. Palm Contact Information: rasmus.palm@ut.ee ***General Introduction*** This dataset contains N2 adsorption isotherm data of clay briquettes collected. It is being made public both to act as supplementary data for publications and the PhD thesis of Jan-Michale Cayme and in order for other researchers to use this data in their own work. The data in this data set was collected in the Faculty of Physical Chemistry, Institute of Chemistry of the University of Tartu. ***Purpose of the measurements*** The purpose of these measurements was to characterise the porosity of clay briquettes prepared from red and white clays with sand and chalk tempers at firing temperatures of 600 and 800 Celsius. ***Experimental equipment*** All measurements were performed on an ASAP 2020 (Micromeritics, USA) gas sorption analyser. ***Description of the data in this data set*** The data includes two .zip files with N2_adsorption_clay_briquettes.zip containing N2 adsorption isotherm for all the different briquettes and N2_adsorption_clay_briquette_repeat_measurements.zip contains repeat measurements of samples from one briquette. Both .zip files contain a separate README.txt file with specific description of the datasets contained within.
